Description:	In this article subjective signs of human trafficking under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered. The subjective side of human trafficking, characterized by a specific form of guilt, motive, purpose and emotions is shown. The subject of a criminal offense related to trafficking in human beings was subjected to analysis.
