Description:	This study focuses on solving the food problem in developing countries and Kazakhstan. The aim of the study is to identify the factors affecting the aggravation of the food problem in the world. The conclusions and recommendations justified in the article will be useful for the further research in the given area. Research method has revealed recommendations of government regulation and acceptance of the precise strategy.
