Description:	The condition of economic crime in the Republic of Kazakhstan, discusses various approaches to the definition of criminal law concept of "economic crime" (economic crime), is supported by the opinion of researchers on the definition of economic crime as solely a market phenomenon, only a limited scope of economic activities in the field of entrepreneurship (business) undertaken by its actors.
